Mazarron Ads - Naturism (Nudism) in Mazarrón
What is Naturism?
The International Naturist Federation, which represents millions
of naturists around the world, including all members of British
Naturism, describes it as: "A way of life in harmony with nature
characterised by the practice of communal nudity, with the intention
of encouraging self-respect, respect for others and for the environment."
Naturism in Mazarron
In Spain, nudism is another of your Rights, at this time there is
freedom of nudism in any public area in Spain and no authorization
is required. Beaches, rivers, lakes, open fields, tracks, roads,
streets, squares, parks, etc. are all public areas in Spain.
Although
naturism is one of your rights and you are free to practice it on
public beaches, there are a lot of nudist beaches or 'playas nudistas'
to be found tucked away down dirt tracks and in little coves along
the full length of the Mazarrón coastline. Some of these beaches
are nice sandy beaches with clear gently lapping water and some...aren't!
However even the not so nice beaches still have their charms and
are worth a visit even if it's just because they are deserted.
One
beach that is worth a visit is that of Percheles to the south of
Bolnuevo. This is a small bay with a nice sandy beach and shallow
clear water. It also offers easy access by road. Another popular
choice is that of Los Lobos, not so much sand but again clear water
and easy access.
I could make a full list of these beaches (if there is enough interest
I may do) and include photos of them all but exploration is the
name of the game and if you don't mind a little hike in the sun
you might stumble across a small deserted beach like this one which
is difficult to get to but well worth the effort.
